2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in the EU. When you visit our website, information is automatically stored in server log files (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).

3. Content Delivery Network (Sanity CDN)

For the delivery of media content we use the CDN of Sanity AS, Oslo, Norway. This transmits IP address, browser type, date and time and referrer URL. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fast and secure delivery of content).

4. Cookies & consent

Our website uses cookies and comparable technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Technically necessary cookies are required to operate the website and are set on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and Section 25(2) TTDSG.

Cookies and services that are not technically necessary (e.g. for reach measurement or marketing) are only used if you have given your explicit consent via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). On your first visit you can freely decide whether to accept all cookies or allow only the essential ones. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Fonts (self-hosted)

We use locally hosted fonts (self-hosted). When you visit our pages, no connections are made to external servers (e.g. Google Fonts).

6. Contact form

If you contact us via one of our forms (e.g. the contact, service, spare parts or application form), we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company, message and any uploaded files) in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your enquiry is sent by email via our service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); the data transfer is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses. For backup purposes, your enquiry is additionally stored in our content management system (Sanity). To protect against automated input (spam) we use our own arithmetic challenge (captcha) without sharing data with third parties. Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser address bar.
