Construction and configuration in detail
Depending on customer requirements, the refrigerated boxes are supplied with glass-fibre-reinforced plastic, aluminium or steel outer skins. The self-supporting insulated floor is rated for pallet trucks and forklifts. For the surface you can choose between aluminium chequered plate, longitudinal-grooved silent floor or plastic-coated Marothan flooring, each tuned to the field of use.
Special features such as side hatches, side doors, meat rails, double-deck loading systems or partitions can be integrated into every vehicle on request. Especially in the heavy class, this depth of configuration pays off in daily operation.

Frequently asked questions about up to 26 t
For vehicles over 7.5 t gross weight, Class C is required. Drivers with the old Class 2 licence (acquired before 1999) are also authorised. Your drivers additionally need a basic qualification or continuing education under BKrFQG (German Professional Drivers Qualification Act).
In the heavy class, up to three separate temperature zones are configurable. With larger bodies, these zones can be dimensioned more generously. Ideal for combined fresh and frozen routes on longer distances.
Insulation thickness ranges from 60 to 130 mm, tuned to temperature range and operating duration. Additional laminated cross-beams in the roof provide particular stability even after years of operation in heavy-duty transport.
Side hatches, side doors, meat rails for meat transport, double-deck loading systems or partitions can be integrated into every vehicle on request. Especially with large bodies, class-specific configurations pay off.
Stock vehicles ship within a few weeks. Individual configurations with special equipment take twelve to twenty weeks depending on specification. Please contact us early so we can plan your delivery date reliably.
